I decided to end our summer traveling with one nore trip to minot to see my dad after his last chemo treatment and take the kids to the state fair to ride the rides. We picked a day that was cool and emily rode around in the backpack. jonny just hit the 42" mark to ride the rides with an adult, so he was enable to enjoy the rides as well. Ash was a little bummed that michael wouldn't ride the all of the thrill seekers with her, but she did get him to ride two...

time went quickly and before you know, it was 730. time to head to grandpas and get something to eat. the kids had a blast and I am glad we were able to do this.
